      Release Notes 2023.2 [May 10, 2023]

      Summary of Changes by Platform

      [Airline Choice Core]

      TSA Passenger Vetting Requirements for 12-5 & Private Charters

      • Added support for the new secure flight vetting requirement for US TFSSP and PCSSP program holders that mandate passenger vetting against secure flight instead of watchlist vetting.
      • Any private flight in the system for US Domestic, Inbound, Outbound (or International-International for US Flag Carriers) will be designated as a non-sterile operation and submit batch non-interactive APIS (for international flights).

      Waive Charges Category

      • A Waive Charges Category has been added for the user to select which category a waive charge will be applied to.

      Display Inbound Flight Tiles when Flight is in Closed Status

      • Flights that are in a closed status will now still display in the flight tiles view for up to 2 hours post ETA.

      Ability to Define SSR's to Print on BP & BT

      • Created new setting to define which SSRs are applicable to include on printed boarding passes and bag tags.

      Workflow Action to Remove Unprinted Bags

      • A new workflow action has been added to delete bags that have not been printed prior to the workflow action running.  

      Flight Overbooked Indicator

      • In the Flight Schedule screen, when a flight is oversold (when the flight has more passengers that the capacity of the aircraft), the flight will now display as red to indicate to the user the state of the flight.

      Other Additions

      • Right Click > Check In option will only appear on flights with open seating or no tail assigned to the flight.

      • Added "other remarks" to the column chooser

      • Fare Class changes captured in audit trail

      • Added flight number and date to the top of ancillary receipt 

      • Filter on boarding screen for pax without a carry on bag allowance

      • Ability to block seats for pets.  Pet indicator to show on seat map.

      • Weight unit label on baggage tab > bag weight field

      • Added user restriction for managing inbound flights

      • Support for Multi Segment Terminating BSM messages

      • Backend Database Updates for Crew Multi Segment Handling

      • Certification for Materna (Ultra) CUTE & CUSS Windows 10 Environments

      • Certification for AeroCloud Common Use 

      [Kiosk]

      • Bag tags printed at a kiosk will now only mark printed if there is a successful print status returned back from the printer.
      • Self Tagging Kiosk App

      [Mobile]

      Ancillaries 

      • Airline Choice Mobile now supports full processing of ancillaries including payment acceptance.
