      [Airline Choice Core]

       AC-3343: Multi-Segment Functionality

      • We are excited to announce the launch of Multi-Segment Functionality, offering enhanced native support for multi-segment flight handling. This feature enhances the manifest to reflect passengers on-board for each flight segment, provides a shared seat map, and allows seats to be blocked for specific origins/destinations. Improved reporting is also included for comprehensive oversight.

      AC-8818: Known Crew Member (KCM) Program on MCL

      • In compliance with TSA's Known Crew Member Program requirements, this update introduces functionalities to streamline the identification and processing of crew members through security checkpoints. 

      AC-6836: Dual Door Boarding

      • Dual Door Boarding is now configurable at the flight level, offering airlines the ability to reduce boarding times and improve the passenger experience. Designators for front or rear will print on boarding passes.

      AC-8851: Biometric Boarding at SITA Airports

      • Flight level configuration for Biometric Boarding at SITA Airports is now available. This feature is pending certification, anticipated by March 18.

      AC-11440: Check-In Group on Airline Choice Passenger Manifest Template

      • Our Airline Choice Passenger Manifest Template now allows for the configuration of check-in groups, streamlining the boarding process for passengers traveling together.

      AC-8714: Google Wallet Boarding Passes

      • The Google Wallet Boarding Pass has been updated to integrate the latest SDK from Google, ensuring a smoother and more secure boarding process for passengers.

      AC-8794: Auto Refresh of Apple Wallet Boarding Passes

      • Apple Wallet Boarding Passes will now auto-update when there are modifications to flight or passenger data, ensuring passengers have the most current boarding information at their fingertips.

      AC-11122: Restrict Boarding Pass Issuance

      • It's now possible to restrict the issuance of boarding passes by airport and boarding zone, allowing airlines to push passengers to the counters to retrieve their boarding pass.

      AC-8792: Unselect Previously Selected Seat

      • Passengers now have the flexibility to unselect a previously chosen seat during the check-in process.

      AC-8782: Overbooked Passengers Check-In

      • Enhancing the check-in process for overbooked flights, check-in can still be completed with boarding passes printed with "GATE" as the seat assignment. Passengers can proceed to the gate where actual seat assignment will be managed according to a defined workflow.

      AC-8762: Mobile App Performance Optimization

      • The latest update to our mobile application focuses on performance optimization, ensuring a faster, more responsive experience for users.

      [Visitor Pass Portal]

      AC-8804: Enhanced Calendar Picker Control

      • We've enhanced the calendar picker control within the Visitor Pass Portal for a more intuitive and user-friendly interface.

      AC-8751: Automated Post Visit Survey

      • Following a visitor's appointment, our system now has the ability to automatically sends out a post-visit survey, helping to gather feedback and improve future visits.

      AC-11457: APIS RESTful API Service

      • Our APIS Messaging Gateway Service has been added to our RESTful API. Support for the legacy XML APIS Messaging Gateway Service will be deprecated by the end of 2024.

      [Other Improvements]

      AC-8764: PCM Log Retention

      • PCM logs can now be limited to a specified maximum number of entries, allowing for better management of data and system performance.

      AC-8757: Paper Low Alert Notifications

      • A new notification system alerts when paper levels are low, ensuring uninterrupted service and maintenance.
