Airline Choice Core

• AC-19299 - Email Boarding Passes to Multiple Passengers Individually
Boarding passes emailed from a multi-passenger record can now also be sent to each passenger individually rather than as a single combined message.

• AC-20237 - TSA AOSSP International Bag Tag Support
Bag tags now meet the TSA AOSSP requirement for international itineraries.

• AC-19870 - Late Bag Indicator on Bag Tags
A late bag indicator now prints on the bag tag pectab, driven by the standard late bag checkbox in Airline Choice.

• AC-19922 - No-Show Passenger Vetting History Now Reviewable
Vetting history for passengers marked as no-shows can now be reviewed; previously inaccessible once the record was no-showed.

• AC-19082 - Known Traveler Number Additions Now Audited
Adding a KTN to a passenger record is now captured in the audit trail.

• AC-20161 - Audit Trail Retention Extended up to 999 Days
Flight and passenger audit trail retention has been expanded to allow up to 999 days for all carriers.

• AC-19264 - Set Tail Configurations via API
Tail configurations can now be set via API.

• AC-19892 - General Aviation Flight Handling
Airline Choice can now handle general aviation flight types (ability to add alphanumeric flight numbers and to use ICAO airport codes).

Kiosk Check-In

• AC-19923 - Receipt Email at the Kiosk
Passengers can now also have their payment receipt emailed to them at the kiosk.

• AC-19198 - Clearer Early Check-In Error Message
The kiosk now shows a clearer, passenger-friendly message when check-in is attempted before the check-in window opens.

Web Check-In

• AC-19891 - Clearer Online Check-In Error Messages for Record Retrieval
Errors during record retrieval are now mapped to clear, passenger-facing messages in online check-in.

Mobile

• AC-19946 - Application UI Overhaul
The mobile application UI has been fully overhauled.

• AC-12774 - Assigned Seat Swap
Agents can now swap assigned passenger seats directly from the mobile application using the seat swap option.

• AC-19318 - Flight Closeout Available
A new Flight Close Out page lets agents close out flights directly from the mobile application.

• AC-12777 - Multi-Select and Additional Reports
Multiple reports can now be selected and emailed at once from mobile, alongside newly added reports.

• AC-19945 - Dynamic Bluetooth Device Connection
Bluetooth printers and devices can now be connected dynamically without a fixed pairing configuration.

• AC-20234 - In-App Support Ticket Creation
Users can now create support tickets directly from within the mobile application.

• AC-11479 - Expanded User Permissions for Locked Flights
The Access Locked Flights permission is now enforced, preventing unauthorized access to locked flights.

• AC-19338 - Document Scan Validation Against Record
Validation added for when a travel document is scanned on a passenger record.

Gate Pass and Visitor Management

• AC-20069 - Override Option for Denied Terminal Visitors
Administrators can now override a denial for terminal visitors when appropriate.

• AC-20070 - Visitors and Registrations Tabs on the AOA Page
The AOA page now includes tab layouts showing actual logged visitors and active registrations.

• AC-20123 - Modernized Input Field Styling on Administration Portal Visitor Forms
Input elements across the Visitor Pass administration portal have been restyled for a modern, consistent look.

Manifest and Operations Portal

The Operations Portal has been fully revamped (UI and functionality) and now also includes a new manifest upload function.

• AC-19312 - No-Show Passengers Now Removed from the Flight Manifest
No-showing a passenger now removes them from the flight in the Manifest Portal.

Baggage Reconciliation (BRSv2)

• AC-21059 - BRS Baggage Audit Trail Logging Visibility
Added baggage audit trail log visibility on the app.

Bug Fixes:

• AC-19987 - Excess Weight Prompt Now Appears When Adding a Heavy Special Bag
The excess weight prompt now displays immediately when adding a special bag over the weight limit, instead of only after the record was saved and reopened.

• AC-20095 - Passenger Type “Not Set” No Longer Prevents Boarding
Passengers whose passenger type is Not Set can now be boarded instead of being blocked at the gate.

• AC-19867 - Boarding Date Logging When Updated Past Scheduled Departure on Audit Trail
Setting a boarding time later than the scheduled or estimated departure no longer reverts the boarding date to the previous calendar day and is now correctly logged in the audit trail.

• AC-19905 - Session Freeze on the Stroller Bag Override Prompt Resolved
Fixes session freeze issue when selecting “No” on the stroller bag override prompt.

• AC-19906 - Sport and Musical Instrument Bag Type Handling Corrected
Sport and musical instrument bag types are now handled correctly.

• AC-20110 - Bag Details No Longer Show Deleted Bags
The bag details view no longer displays bags that have been deleted from the record.

The email requirement on the payment screen is now enforced correctly.

Syncing issues between reservation system and Airline Choice have been resolved.

Auto-preset workflows configured with an exact airport pair now get set correctly on matching flights.

• AC-19868 - In-Transit Status Carried from Online Check-In into the Core System
In-transit status set during online check-in now carries over into Airline Choice core.

• AC-20112 - Boarding Pass Scanning Corrections at the Kiosk
The kiosk no longer errors out when a passenger scans their boarding pass again after receiving a bag tag.

• AC-20298 - Boarding Time Now Correct When a Flight Is Delayed
When a delay is added in Airline Choice, the boarding time now populates correctly on the kiosk check-in flow instead of showing blank.

• AC-20295 - Language Selection Popup Cancel Button Corrected
The Cancel button on the change-language window now responds correctly.

• AC-19313 - Go-Show Calendar Date Picker Corrected for DOB field
The calendar date picker now allows valid date selection for date of birth when go-showing a passenger in the Manifest Portal.
